MP Ferdinand Xhaferraj has requested an interpellation for the Minister of Infrastructure Belinda Balluku for the construction project of the Port of Durres, where he accuses that the investment company is not Emaar Group, but an offshore company.
According to him, the project was taken by an offshore company, while the investment cost could go up to 60 million euros and not 2 billion euros as offered by Emaar Group.

But Minister Balluku has clarified step by step all the procedures carried out, emphasizing that everything is legal and that the investment comes from “Symphony” owned by Mohamed El Alabbar.
