The third round of voting for the election of the new President took place without any candidacy.
The three opposition parliamentary groups failed to nominate a candidate nominated by 20 deputies on Sunday afternoon.

After the third round on Monday, the Socialists will start discussing potential candidates to lead the presidency.
It will be the presidents’ conference on Tuesday from which the date will be set for the fourth and final round of the presidential saga that did not produce a consensual candidacy between the socialist majority and the opposition.
