Top Channel has provided footage of the murder of the 29-year-old a few minutes after midnight on “Irfan Tomini” street in Tirana.
From the images provided by the journalist Anila Hoxha, the quarrel started between the young people inside the market premises, while they were passing the products at the cash register.
Jurgen Duka (Meziri), had a conflict with a still unidentified person, where the latter shot him with a firearm.
According to the information, the quarrel started for banal reasons for the queue in the market. The victim and the perpetrator had entered the market as customers and the debate has started over who would pay first.
It is not yet known if the victim and the perpetrator knew each other before, or if that was the first time they met and the last time.
From the images it is understood that initially the perpetrator had a conflict with the person in white, while the victim came in to separate them, and then Duka punched the author and all the people got into a fight, except the seller.

The perpetrator is noticed to have kept his hand in the bag he was carrying in his belt all the time, where it is suspected that he also hid the weapon.
In the final moments of the debate, the still unidentified perpetrator shot Duke, who ended up lying down, while everyone else fled the market.
The victim, about 29 years old, could not escape the injuries received and died at the University Trauma Hospital.
Police are working to identify and apprehend the perpetrator where they have questioned the victim’s friend and other persons at the scene, while the causes of the conflict between them are still unknown.
It is learned that Jurgen Duka is a person with a previous criminal record. In 2020 he was handcuffed along with Elison Hysenbelli as part of the anti-drug operation between Italy and Albania that took place in Marche, Emilia Romagna, Lombardy and Liguria and would be extradited to the neighboring country for trial.
It remains unclear how the victim was released from the cell, while work continues by authorities to identify and arrest the perpetrator of the murder.
