Sakis Varvaresos admitted to the Ahaia Police Directorate that he executed four members of the Klocaj family at their apartment in Andravidha, Greece three days ago.
He said that he shot them and then killed the two children 1 and 2 years old of the Albanian couple after they started crying and he was afraid that the murder would not be discovered.
According to him, the reason for the murder was that the Albanian family did not leave his apartment, which they rented and had a regular contract.
He admitted that he had made preparations to carry out the murder and that he had dug a pit to bury the victims and to exterminate their bodies.
The 60-year-old is expected to be taken to court for security measures.

Sakis Varvaresos was pursued at a distance of about 120 km and the moment his vehicle approached the city of Patras, dozens of police forces who were waiting for him were able to stop him.
Hellenic police managed to stop him, as according to Greek authorities, the 60-year-old posed a high risk as he was circulating armed.
The murder of the Albanian family in Andravidha has shocked the entire Greek and Albanian public.
Armando and Maria Kloci lived for years in Greece with their three children. All family members were found dead by the family’s third child, a boy about 11 years old. He is the only survivor while he will be living with his father.
The victims were wrapped in blankets and left between the living room door and the garage as they were expected to be removed.
It was previously suspected that the perpetrator was the 37-year-old’s ex-husband as the son who came to life from their marriage was not killed. As soon as he heard the news, he turned himself in to police saying he was innocent and had no hand in the crime as he was located 300km from the crime scene.
Before executing the victims, the perpetrator had cut off electricity.
Off-camera neighbors say he has mental disorder problems.
In the past he has been held for a short time in a psychiatric hospital and after his release he has continued his cruel acts by mistreating his two ex-wives, neighbors, and even the pets of other residents.
