Grichka and Igor Bogdanoff, France’s most famous twins, have passed away at the age of 72.
Known for science-fiction television shows in the 1980s, they failed to win the most covid battle after several days of hospital treatment.
Grichka passed away on December 28 and his brother on Monday, 6 days later. The brothers were not vaccinated against Covid-19.
Their friends said they were convinced their healthy lifestyle would protect them and they were hospitalized in mid-December.
The Bogdanof brothers were known as eccentric, descended from Austrian nobility.
During the 1990s, their facial features changed dramatically, leaving them with beards, lips and cheekbones with strange looks.
“We are proud to have extraterrestrial faces,” they once said.
Before being hospitalized, the twins were working on a pilot project to revive their old television show.
