He said that he did not confront the complainant. While he admitted that there were communications between him and the complainant, his subordinate, but he did not sexually harass her. He said it was the subordinate who provoked and harassed him. Even sexual in nature.

According to him, there were also investigations by the Prosecutor’s Office of Lezha for sexual harassment, but they were closed because there was no criminal offense. Meanwhile, the dismissal decision has gone to the court, but there is still no decision.
