Two police officers have been arrested and three others are being investigated at large, after the fire that engulfed the detention facilities of the Police Commissariat in Kamza the night before.
As a result of the flames and asphyxia, it is suspected that Arben Mici died at the hospital.

Police officers have allowed the holding and use of incendiary devices by the detainees, who caused the fire in these premises.
At the end of the preliminary investigation, the police officers were arrested in flagrante delicto, as suspects for the criminal offenses “Abuse of duty” and “Failure to provide assistance”:
Inspector FI, 64 years old, acting as a security officer in the detention rooms of detained / arrested persons in the Police Commissariat no. 5 Tirana;
Inspector HB, 64 years old, acting as a security officer in the detention rooms of detained / arrested persons in the Police Commissariat no. 5 Tirana.
Also, due to non-exercise of competencies and failure to take action to prevent serious events of this nature, as suspects for the criminal offenses “Abuse of duty” and “Failure to provide assistance”, have been placed under investigation at large. also police officers:
