Five people have been handcuffed in Tirana today, while the police informs that one of them was arrested after a substance suspected of being cocaine was seized in his apartment.
A 48-year-old man was also arrested after raping his wife. Three other people have been handcuffed by the police of the capital: a citizen with the initials NN, 23 years old and EQ, 19 years old, both residents of Tirana, and AM, 38 years old, resident of Fier, after they were caught driving relevant without a driving license.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution for further procedural actions.
