The Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana has decided to send for trial the criminal proceedings against Judge Etleda Çiftja, after the completion of the investigation.
Etleda Couple, accused “Document forgery” and “Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and public servants or any other person who has a legal obligation to declare”.
According to SPAK, from the investigations it has been proven that Etleda Çiftja, in the declaration with no. with an area of 1450 m2 and with an area of 3440 m2, the manner of gaining ownership for the two areas of arable land and in relation to the purpose of obtaining a loan with the former Emporiki Bank – Albania sh.a.
Also, the defendant Etleda Çiftja, has submitted to HIDAACI, a contract with falsified content, referring to the price reflected in it, proven, as this contract does not match the one found at the archive of the notary office where it was compiled and at ACA in the moment of registration of the property for which this contract is concluded.
This contract also contains false information regarding the action reflected in it, ie sale, purchase of a plot of land.
