Fier police have handcuffed three people declared wanted for cultivation and sale of narcotics and fraud
As part of the ‘Horizon’ operation, the police detained the citizen SP, 53 years old, resident in Hoxhare, Fier.
The detention of this citizen was made after the Court of First Instance Fier, with the decision of 17.12.2021, has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics” committed in collaboration.
This citizen was declared wanted during the police operation codenamed “Hoxhara”, conducted on 16.10.2021, where in his apartment, the Police found and seized 10 kg of narcotic cannabis sativa. The citizen SP, in cooperation with the citizen IH (B), (arrested by the police during the operation), had prepared the narcotics ready for sale.
Meanwhile, the citizen EH, 41 years old, resident in Hamil, Fier, was handcuffed, after the Court of Appeals of Vlora has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest” for the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”.
Also handcuffed was the citizen RK, 23 years old, resident in Lushnja, after the Court of First Instance Elbasan, with the decision of 02.02.2022 has set for this citizen the security measure “Prison arrest” for the criminal offense “Fraud in credit ”.
This citizen, in cooperation with 2 other citizens (who were arrested by the Police) posing as employees of a foundation that creates facilities to obtain loans, have deceived the citizen RB, 65 years old, resident in Elbasan, asking for a amount of money.
The 23-year-old was handed over to the Elbasan Police services for further action.
The materials will be forwarded to the Prosecution, for further procedural actions.
