Simon Miraka accuses Enkelejd Alibeaj that in the process of proposing his name from the right in the assembly to be a member of the Former State Security Files Authority, there were malicious intentions.
Miraka’s candidacy was rejected in the assembly because part of the 28 companies that proposed her was that of Sali Berisha, which is unacceptable for the Socialists.
But, Miraka herself, in an interview for the journalist Sokol Balla in “Top Story” says that Alibeaj used Berisha as a pretext, while he says that he used Gazment Bardhi.
“Four deputies belonging to Alibeaj’s group who had signed were beaten. In those 28 firms were from all parties that have been in alliance with the Democratic Party
I felt disappointed by those MPs who call themselves from the stratum of the persecuted. Lack of sincerity. We take the case of voting. The chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Ballad, said that we will defeat Mr. Miraka in the vote. When the moment of voting came, since they declare that they had nothing to do with Miraka, they could very well raise their hand to vote for me. That the majority had approximately 80 votes. But they did not do that either. They came out as they are.
Alibeaj wrote on Facebook that we have nothing to do with Mr. Miraka, but we have with what he proposed. There is malice here, because Alibeaj is known among the good jurists. The law says support is given by associations. I was proposed by the associations, not by Berisha.
They found the reason. What impressed me at first, man is judged by what he says, not by what he thinks.
When Alibeaj spoke, it seemed that he did not want to speak completely openly with my name and called Gaz Bardhi brave. He started shaking the ballot in support of 28 deputies. “What impressed me was the way that even if you hear it from an ignorant person, you are sad, not to hear a parliamentarian, a former minister addressing his colleagues, you are cheeky”.
