A 28-year-old man with the initials MR was arrested in Shkodra, after being declared wanted for wounding, threatening and possessing illegal weapons.
He was declared wanted after on February 22, together with three others, they punched a 22-year-old KS, a resident of the village of Pulaj in Velipoja and threatened him with a weapon.
For the 28-year-old, the Shkodra Court of First Instance has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Intentional minor injury”, “Threat” and “Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition”.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Shkodra Judicial District Court, for further action.
