Vlora Police has provided details about the theft of a diamond bracelet yesterday. The Italian citizen identified as EM, 46 years old, resident in Brindisi, Italy has been prosecuted after being suspected as the perpetrator of the theft of a piece of jewelry, in a jeweler in the neighborhood “Independence 3”.
She was accompanied by two other girls, who distracted the saleswoman while stealing the bracelet.
The value of the diamond bracelet was very high and was only discovered after they left the store. After the theft, store executives sought help to identify the three girls who spoke Italian.
The citizens managed to identify them and then were caught fleeing from the port of Vlora.
The police immediately stopped them at the terminal, while after interrogation, they stated that they arrived a few days ago in the city of Vlora, acknowledging the authorship of the theft.
