According to the police, the victim is 82-year-old QB, who was trying to cross the highway but was hit by a car.

Police notification:
Traffic specialists at the Local Police Directorate of Durrës, arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen EB, 52 years old, resident in Tirana, after on 25.02.2021, at 14:55, on the Durrës-Tirana highway, at the Fllaka overpass, he had an accident pedestrian, QB citizen, 82 years old, who consequently passed away.
The materials were forwarded to the Durrës Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office and the Kruja Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
