Services of the Police Commissariat no. 1, after receiving the notification that in Shkoza, a citizen was using violence against his wife and was trying to kill her, they immediately organized the work and arrested and escorted to the premises of the Police, the citizen AE, 57 years old, resident in Shkoza.
This citizen, during the first hours of the morning, exercised physical violence against his wife and then, with a rope tied around his neck, tried to kill her.
Following the police actions, the citizen AE was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
