Another public lottery has been drawn in Durrës for the families left homeless by the November 26 earthquake.
This was the second phase of the lottery for the distribution of apartments in the palaces of the new neighborhood of Manza, where 226 families damaged by the earthquake will be housed. Based on the number of family members, many of them have benefited from apartments with a larger area than what they had.

The new development area in Manez is nearing completion. 9 new buildings are being completed, while the first 72 families that will be housed next month in them have also signed contracts with the municipality.
In addition to housing, this new neighborhood will provide the necessary infrastructure for a quality community life.
Since the 2019 earthquake, there are about 5,000 families who have returned to rehabilitated homes, 300 of whom have entered homes built from scratch.
