The candidate for the presidency of the Democratic Party, Indrit Hoxha says that the initiatives undertaken by Sali Berisha and the group that supports him are enabling the full opening of the Democratic Party.
Invited to “Top Story”, Hoxha lists the movements to the right, which according to him have given the opportunity to anyone who has had ambitions to take different positions within the party.
“During these 9 months we have held two assemblies, set up a Re-establishment Commission to strengthen the party and the assembly that elected the members of the National Council. In these processes, the right has not been deprived of anyone who has had ambitions for positions.
After 9 months the DP has an elected National Council, which we have reduced in number to give it more weight, which elected a body of 150 people”.
But the real opening, as Hoxha calls it, the largest opposition party will have when the departments within the DP are created.
“The real opening of the DP will be with new figures, pedagogues, professors, intellectuals. It will happen when departments are created within the Democratic Party, such as the party statute”.
