The Court of the Judicial District in Tirana has decided as a security measure “Arrest in prison” for Arbër Sula, the former agent of Duty Crimes in Dibër, who shot dead 29-year-old Jurgen Duka.

Arbër Sula himself surrendered two days ago to the police station, after constant talks with the police and family members. The murder took place inside a market on ‘Irfan Tomini’ street, while the cause was a quarrel between two people over who would pay first at the cash register. Duke was initially injured while he died at the Trauma Hospital in Tirana after the bullet hit him in the heart.
