Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke in “Open” about the statements of Lulzim Basha in the Assembly and the situation in the Democratic Party.
“Where is the prime minister?” “We know that two days ago he went and came with a private charter, he went and came and did not announce what he spent 120-150 thousand euros on fuel that costs a private charter flight”, said Basha in the Assembly, about which Rama, who was absent today in the session, reacted by saying: “He says that he left with a private charter of 120 thousand euros. While I am telling you that my expenses for flights are lower than the expenses of both oppositions. You know what 120 thousand euros of fuel are. “Numbers are thrown here, and the bigger the number, the more the fly spins.”
While when the journalist Robert Rakipllari told him that he is anti-American because he does not know who the opposition is, Rama said that the Democratic Party is officially recognized with Lulzim Basha as chairman, but “neither Luli nor the other has legitimacy”.
Rama: I came out anti-American, What an American I am that in about 1900 chairs, 5 thousand people sit. I know that of Loro Borici when he said the rain has its work, we have our work. It sounds like a joke that you were small. Neither Luli nor the other has legitimacy. The fact that they want to go to the building, shows that they have no legitimacy. What were the armored doors for? Call the police.
Asked why the police intervention in the January 8 protest was delayed because sticks, stones and sledgehammers were used in the PD building, Rama said that the police was in the most difficult day.
Rama: The leaders of the police know this, neither I nor you. Police have been on the hardest day because they did not know how to intervene in a quarrel that could end in bloodshed. One pair said there was no armored door, the other said there was no broken glass. These are two fools. The police have been on the hardest day and have had the best day of how they acted for me.
