Jozefina Topalli, chairwoman of the “Movement for Change” has clarified that she is against the three largest political parties in our country, saying that it will be difficult to overcome them all.
In “Open”, Topalli stressed that the country is without real opposition and describes it as an action that would not intend to burn the mandates.
Babaramo: My concern is how much it affects the Albanian mentality when the question follows: Will Rama leave or will he continue to be in power? So how much will this list affect the opposition, or will it be the opposition?
Topalli: We are against all three, this has been the line of the Movement for Change. After all, at key moments, they were looking for a solution, they were together. They were together when they drafted the electoral code, for the latest constitutional changes, despite the fact that sometimes they pretended to be dissatisfied, it was seen that they were together on the issue of the Theater and I am not continuing any more. If we choose the lesser evil this time as well, we will bring an Albania that demands a responsible one. I have never in my life ever chosen the least evil, that is, to accept the status quo. From the moment the “Movement for Change” was launched, we had no doubt that it could change and it is a call to courage. A force that seeks to overcome difficulties. I know it’s hard to overcome them all.
Vasili: Who will you form a coalition with after the elections?
Topalli: Our country is without real opposition and I am not talking only about burning mandates or handing over municipal councils, which is the most irresponsible thing I would not dare to mention. Why should we think that it is either Edi Rama or Lulzim Basha with Ilir Meta.
