“If you are a man, come tomorrow”, Berisha challenges Rama: To change the criminal code for the Prime Minister

Berisha: I tell you today do not try to divert attention that you will face popular revolt, our direction is only an EU integration. There is no blame on any country in the EU if you behave like a gangster with journalists. EU countries have no responsibility if you give a speech like kim jong un on justice.

If you are a man and keep it, let’s pass the law in parliament, exclude prime ministers from any kind of statute of limitations, change the criminal code. You can not do that! That I do not know what you signed to fill the suitcases.
