Valencia has formalized the dismissal of coach Bordalas, as now all roads lead to Gennaro Gattuso. The Italian coach has been unemployed since last summer and in recent days has had frequent contacts with the boss of the Spanish club, Peter Lim.
According to Iberian media, it is Gattuso who has been selected to lead Valencia next season and the officialization is expected to come within a few days, with the Italian who will immediately start working on the market and preparation of the team.
Meanwhile in Italy they confirm that Gattuso has personally contacted the captain of Milan, Alessio Romagnoli, to ask him to join him in the Spanish adventure. The Italian defender is without a contract, as his cooperation with Milan ended and he is free to decide his own future.
Other Italian clubs have also expressed interest in Romagnoli, however his relationship with Gattuson is quite good and an experience in La Liga is not ruled out, exactly with the Valencia jersey.
