A trace seen in a crime scene here in Kamza and compared to the papillary data of a paid killer, have become the reason for the reopening of the murder of Agim Buci, killed by several people, who were later convicted.
During this clash his wife was injured by firearms.
As the event was investigated as a violent theft resulting in Buc’s death, the letter confirming Albert Zajen as the third perpetrator was forwarded to the prosecution earlier this month. Ruzhdi Hoda and Vladimir Kuri are charged with the murder of Buc and convicted by the first instance, while Zaja, 38 years old, is handcuffed for the suspected murder of Shkëlzen Kastrati, which took place in Fier.
But his name was also mentioned by the suspects but was not taken into account until the answers came out.
One of the defendants during the trial on Appeal, which is awaiting forensic results, claimed that he was paid to kill Agim Buci. But the brother of the deceased, Ferit Buci insists that a still unidentified fourth participated in the crime.
