Our country has reported increasing numbers of Covid infections in recent days, influenced by the spread of the highly contagious variant “Omicron”, but the Technical Committee of Experts considers that the current restrictive measures are sufficient.
“There will be no changes to the measures. Police hours continue to be from 23:00 to 06:00“, Announces epidemiology Mira Rakacolli.
““There was a high incidence, the highest peak in two years.” said Eugena Tomini.
“We had high vaccination rates this week with the first dose, double the increase, higher awareness. We reached 52% of those vaccinated with the first dose, 47% with both doses and 7.7% with three doses. We need more, if we look at the use of vaccines, it seems to be maximal “, said Silva Bino.
“The level of infections is in accordance with the restrictive measures, sports activities will continue in only 30% of the halls or premises. On-site entry will continue to be controlled by presenting the green pass or PCR test 72 hours at the border, or fast test 42 hours. Honorable citizens, it is advisable to implement measures to protect ourselves, but also the community, to wear a mask “, said Rakacolli.
“There are hospitalized, 12% in critical form. There are also young unvaccinated ages. 3, 4% of patients vaccinated with one dose or both doses “, said Çomo.
