“It does not justify the income” / The village is testifying about his wealth, SPAK publishes the properties he wants to confiscate from Shtëpënjë, his son convicted in Italy for prostitution

SPAK has demanded the confiscation of the property of Shtëpënjë, as his son is convicted in Italy for exploitation of prostitution.

240 farmers from the village of Kuçova were called today as witnesses to justify the 2 houses, a garage and a vehicle. The villagers testified that they paid Bektashi for the wheat harvest and the crops. Thus, in the absence of tax documentation, the subject Andrea Dinga and related persons has asked the court to prove the income through the summoning of witnesses, who are the heads of the agricultural families where he worked.

It turned out that the Albanian citizen Andrea Bektash Dinga alias (Shtëpënja) alias (Priest), is subject to the normative act, as with decision no. 6995/2014 dated 08 October 2014 of the Court of Appeal in Milan / Italy has been found guilty of the criminal offenses of “Illegal Immigration” and “Exploitation of prostitution”. Also, according to the information received from the National Central Office Interpol Tirana, this citizen was arrested in England for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics.” In these circumstances, this citizen is subject to the normative act.

“From the data administered by Operation Force of Law, it results that this citizen and other related persons do not have legal income to justify their assets.”
