Seven officials of the Tirana Cadastre were suspended from duty today on charges of “Abuse of duty”. They are accused of alienating a property in the center of Tirana by legalizing it as a hotel.
IN investigative file provided for Top Channel by journalist Anila Hoxha, alienation of property starts with the declaration of the two sons of the elderly woman, with the initials VK, respectively ET and ET, against whom the court has given the measure of obligation to appear under the accusation of fraud.
In the office of ALUIZN they stated that this object, this object, Hotel “Europa” is an illegal construction built in 1998, this fact is not true, because in 1995 this object was equipped with a certificate of ownership from the mortgage in the name of her ex-husband, citizen BT, is stated in the investigative file.
The two sons of the elderly, have stated that the facility was built in 1998, when their age was 18 and the other 16 years old.
Based on these false declarations as a conclusion from the real estate registration office of Tirana, on 5.10.2015, this object was legalized and its sons were provided with the ownership certificate by depriving their mother VK of a property in a time that this object by a Court Decision had passed to her ownership.
