At the request of the Lushnje Prosecutor’s Office, the Lushnje Court of First Instance has imposed the property security measure “Preventive seizure” on:
– Real estate with no. 5/2**+1-4*, zk8***, Tirana, type “apartment” with a surface area of 103m2;
On the basis of the referral from the Fier Local Police Directorate, the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance Lushnjë has registered and is conducting investigations for criminal proceedings no. 589 of 2018, registered for the criminal offense “Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity” provided by article 287 of the Criminal Code, which refers to assets in the possession of the MK citizen, convicted for committing the criminal offense provided for by article 283 of the Criminal Code, as well as assets in the name of his relatives.
From the investigations carried out so far, it has been found that the MK citizen indirectly owns the immovable property with no. 5/2**+1-4*, zk8***, Tirana, “apartment” type with a surface area of 103m2, which is suspected to have been purchased with income that is not justified by legal sources.
In function of the preliminary investigations of this criminal proceeding, based on the request of the prosecution, the Court of First Instance Lushnjë with the decision no. 111 (1310), dated 07.06.2022, has decided: “The imposition of the property insurance measure “Preventive Sequestration” on real estate no. 5/2**+1-4*, zk8***, Tirana, type “apartment” with a surface area of 103m2.
Pursuant to the court decision and article 274 et seq. of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the prosecutor issued an execution order, which was sent for execution/implementation to the judicial police services of the Fier Local Police Directorate and the State Cadastre Agency.
