It has recently been announced that Johnny Depp has decided to return to “Pirates of the Caribbean” after being removed from the franchise in 2018.
Depp was the lead in five Pirates films over the past 15 years and made what was thought to be his final trip to the Black Pearl in 2017’s Dead Men Tell No Tales.
Since the announcement of the jury’s decision in favor of Depp, the charismatic actor has been involved in controversy as to whether he will return to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” franchise, but it is now known that he will not return but instead, he will play a character other. Although in a statement he assured that he had returned to the world of acting after his ex-wife Amber Heard’s accusations of domestic violence, the contracts he lost, such as his replacement in “Fantastic Beasts”, seem to have no way back.
However, he will be back in front of the cameras in a European film to be shot this summer in Paris, with the most iconic location in the city, the Palace of Versailles. Johnny Depp will begin a three-month shoot in Europe. The film “Jeanne du Barry” will mark his return to a project, his first in nearly three years after “Minamata”, in which he played photographer Eugene Smith.
The trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has ended, but the former couple continues to be in the spotlight. After losing the battle against her ex-husband, Amber Heard must pay damages of 8.35 million dollars. According to the New York Post, Heard is said to have filed for bankruptcy, which means she will be forced to sell the properties to pay the compensation owed to Depp. The finances of the famous actress can be seized and given to her ex-husband./topalbaniaradio
