Therefore, regarding the local government elections on June 30, when we expected the CC to return to the people its will for a smooth and quality process, contrary to this expectation, there should have been a final decision, but it did not take any responsibility, as know the CC decided to reject the request of the association of municipalities and declared itself incompetent, it left the issue without a final solution. He did not resolve this issue through constitutional jurisdiction but left it to the political one“, Said Meta.
President Meta further said that after that he requested the full file from the Constitutional Court, and after receiving it he said that he found that the members of the Constitutional Court had committed professional ethical violations, requesting an in-depth disciplinary investigation.
“I asked the CC for the entire legal file from the initial moment and the stages it went through until the hearing of the announcement of the decision, this thing was made available to me on December 16, and after I saw it I noticed that they violated some things: what relates to the manner of appointing the rapporteur of the case, there is no random lottery for his appointment, which falls to him or he has requested the file himself or it was given to him without lottery. There is no record of this in the file we have, or how the questions were formulated to Venice, who decided not to forward them to Venice.
