Kosovo has recorded 437 new cases of coronavirus while 5 patients have lost their lives in the last 24 hours.
In the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and private laboratories with the RT-PCR method, a total of 2,643 samples were tested received from the HUCSK and the tracking of case contacts in the field, of which 437 positive cases result.
Deaths are from the municipalities: Deçan 1 case (62 years old), Obiliq 1 case (30 years old), Podujevë 1 case (76 years old), Prishtina 1 case (82 years old) and Prizren 1 case (77 years old).
The total number of positive cases is 67,906 cases out of 297,628 people suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus and 1,587 deaths.
During the last 24 hours, 255 patients have been cured while the total number of cured to date is a total of 59,174 cases, while the number of active cases is 7,145.
Positive cases are from the municipalities: Prishtina 194 cases, Prizren 36 cases, Peja 34 cases, Vushtrri 21 cases, Gjakova 20 cases, Ferizaj 18 cases, Mitrovica 16 cases, Podujeva 16 cases, Gjilan 12 cases, Lipjan 10 cases, Obiliq 8 cases, Year 8 cases, Deçan 7 cases, Rahovec 6 cases, Fushë-Kosovë 5 cases, Kaçanik 4 cases, Suhareka 4 cases, Drenas 2 cases, Istog 2 cases, Kamenica 2 cases, Malisheva 2 cases, Shtime 2 cases, Skenderaj 2 cases and with one case the municipalities of Dragash, Hani i Elezit, Junik, Klina, Kllokot and Ranillug.
