A large fire has engulfed the swamp area, near Tala beach in Lezha. Large areas of shrubs and grass have been burning for days in this area.
Firefighters are engaged in extinguishing the fire but it has been impossible to bring it under control, due to the wind the surface of the fire has expanded in the evening hours.
Currently flats are not endangered. Fires of this type are frequent in this area, while it is the residents themselves who light them after using these swampy lands for livestock.
