The experts of this center have noticed that out of 578 cases of corruption referred to the prosecuting authorities, it results that the highest number of involved entities is held by officials and former officials of the State Cadastre Agency, Rural Regional Directorates and the National Inspectorate of Territorial Defense. .
Corrupt acts suspected of being undertaken by these entities, seem to compete with corruption in the judicial system, documented at 26%. The vast majority are also related to property. A few days ago, the Ministry of Justice requested from the head of the Cadastre the dismissal of the directors and specialists of the Durrës cadastre office.
The dismissal will take place soon, while the Ministry of Justice announced that a 368-page report will soon go to the prosecutor’s offices in Tirana and Durrës, as well as to the SPAK.
