One of the pre-trial detainees from Kukës used his minor daughter to inject drugs into the premises of the Prison Police.
About 50 grams of drugs were found hidden in a balloon in the sweatshirt of the 9-year-old, who was going to meet her father.
The drugs were found during the physical search before entering the detention facilities. It is not yet known what is the reason for GI’s arrest and whether he is addicted to narcotics.
“Kukës prison police seize substances suspected of being narcotics during the physical control of a 9-year-old girl. During the procedural actions of the meetings (physical control) between family members and persons in conflict with the law in the Kukës Penitentiary Institution, a quantity of white powder (about 50 grams) suspected as a narcotic substance was seized. The case was found inside a balloon in the sweatshirt of the 9-year-old girl of the pre-detainee GI. The ICS, the State Police and the Prosecution have been notified for further actions and investigations., according to the announcement.
