An Albanian citizen is declared extradited from Italy to our country, declared wanted for the murder of two brothers, in Vlora.
From the Central Office of Interpol Tirana, thanks to the cooperation with the Italian counterparts, the Albanian citizen was extradited from Italy to our country:
GS, 47 years old, resident in Vlora.
This citizen was declared internationally wanted, based on the criminal decision dated 09.02.2021, of the Court of First Instance of Vlora, which has assigned to this citizen the security measure “Arrest in prison”, for the criminal offenses “Premeditated murder” And “Illegal possession and production of weapons and ammunition.”
Circumstances of the event:
In 1998, in the neighborhood “Independence”, Vlora, citizen GS, is suspected of firing on the brothers BH and EH, who as a result lost their lives.
After the extradition to Albania, the Crime Investigation Specialists in DVP Vlora executed the order of the prosecutor, pursuant to the criminal decision for the security measure, given by the Court of First Instance of Vlora, on 09.02.2021.
