The bad weather that has covered the whole country has brought problems in the Region of Elbasan, especially in terms of road infrastructure, but also energy.
Currently all roads are open, but some of them especially the mountainous areas and the national axis Librazhd Peshkopi require the use of chains.
On the other hand in the first days of bad weather there were some villages that have shown problems with electricity supply, today energy is back in every area, but how difficult it is to work in such weather conditions.
In temperatures down to -18 degrees which are expected to be the same in the coming days, OSHEE teams have tried to at least residents not be left without power for more than 24 hours. And yet mountainous areas continue to present difficulties due to bad weather, snow thickness and temperatures.
