The headquarters of the Democratic Party has turned into a ruin this Saturday after the violent protest called by former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

There were numerous reactions from the representatives of the international community to the situation. They unanimously condemned the acts of violence, calling on the protest organizers to reject the violence and act calmly.
Police, after calming down the situation, announced that they have declared a “crime scene” the PD building, placing yellow stripes on its premises.
Former leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha declared the protest closed today, emphasizing that it is just the beginning.
