At the end of the first actions by the Specialists for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime in DVP Durrës, the citizen E. Z, 61 years old, resident in the neighborhood No. 14 Durrës, was arrested in flagrante delicto, for the criminal offense “Active corruption of persons exercise public functions ”and“ Irregular driving ”.
