Doctor Pëllumb Pipero has shown on the show “Open” a conversation he had with immunologist Genc Sulçebe about the Omicron variant that has caused concern around the world.
Pipero added that people who passed the virus 3-4 months ago or were vaccinated 3-4 months ago find it difficult to become infected because they detect the virus quickly and do not allow it to enter the cell.
Pipero: We can not say that within a group, one is more or less less aggressive. Clinically Omicroni appears easier. How it will proceed we will leave to time. The studies so far are contradictory, in practice, the studies are confusions on the evidence rather than genuine studies.
One thing is for sure, first, Omicron’s transmissibility is many times greater than Delta’s. This virus significantly avoids both natural and vaccine immune shields. For this reason there is discussion of scientists in the world today. That is why we say that a person who passed the virus 3-4 months ago or was vaccinated 3-4 months ago finds it more difficult to become infected because they detect the virus quickly and do not allow it to enter the cell. We had this conversation with the doctor a few days ago in the hospital yard.
