Each year, the media company asks around 20,000 city dwellers around the world to determine what makes their city great through a survey known as “Time Out”.

“It’s amazing to see how much the city has developed since we were kids growing up here. It’s great to see him getting the recognition he deserves,” a crew member who is staying there told CNN.
“Time Out” has stated that the purpose of this ranking is to make a list of places to travel.
