A former Playboy model has recently confessed the reasons why she left the world of spectacle to focus on her career in medicine.
Ever since she was little, Danielle Lupo says she was interested in how the human body works.
But when she was 25 she suffered a car accident and says she realized she wanted to become a heroine to save others.
Now she has been working in medicine for 10 years, with some fluctuations in her modeling career for magazines like Playboy.
Danielle was known for her appearance after publishing in several magazines, and later won the title of Miss May Playmate in 2018.
But apparently she “had not only beauty but also brain” as the former model qualified as a cardiography nurse.
To her knowledge Danielle has been fighting on the front line against coronavirus in the US for 12 months.
She told the British Daily Star: “These have been the most beautiful and rewarding times of my life. “When I turned 25, I realized when anxiety starts for some people, and surprisingly for me.”
“Since then I have been to the hospital twice last year, but surprisingly I did not take Covid-19 as I wear protective clothing.”
“Covid made stress more difficult for me, for fear of infecting or passing family people. But I am already taking the most important lesson of my life, to gain the strength to face it with sweetness. “
Although she now works in medicine, Danielle says she has not ruled out modeling forever.
Danielle admits: “I believe I will come back [te modelingu]. But not at the moment, for Covid reasons.
“But I hope to come back when there is more security. “I miss people, fashion, entertainment, they are very inspiring.”
And in fact some people know Danielle even in her uniform.
“I look very different in hospital clothes, with an apron, folded flip flops, no toilet and glasses,” she says.
Danielle says that from modeling photos she has received contempt in the past.
“It often strikes me that they suspect me because I was associated with Playboy. But my past is mine and my personal life is mine. I am proud of everything I have achieved. “I’m sorry that some people seek to project their misery on the shortcomings in my life.”
Danielle adds: “Maybe I can help these people when I do my PhD in psychology.”
