German police have arrested a man with a severed human head whom he left outside the German city court Bonn.
Investigators have called for witnesses after the unidentified human head was found last night outside the Bonn district court.
Police detained a 38-year-old resident of the area as forensic tents were set up at the scene to hide and investigate the severed human head that had been left out in the middle of the day.
Authorities said they had found a human body several hundred meters away near the Rhine River, which they believe belongs to the head.
Police still have no knowledge of the murder and no suspicious activity has been reported in the area, so they have made a public appeal for information.
