A recent survey in Canada suggests that the unvaccinated have differing views on the Russia-Ukraine conflict from the mainstream Western narrative.

Agency survey ultrasound showed that Canadians who had received several doses of the Covid-19 vaccine expressed far more support for aggressive anti-Russian measures in relation to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

The poll, conducted March 9-13, gathered responses from a group of 1,035 Canadians.

More than 80% of those vaccinated surveyed supported the increase in sanctions and the seizure of assets of Russian citizens linked to Putin, supported the reduction of Russian oil shipments and the shipment of military equipment to Ukraine.

More than half of them agreed to send fighter jets to Ukraine and 30% of them believed that Canada should send military forces to Ukraine.

82% of those vaccinated believed that Canada should tighten sanctions on Moksha even if it meant rising prices and slowing economic growth in the country.

Among the unvaccinated respondents, 52% said they did not support the anti-Russian measures mentioned and 75% refused to bear the burden of rising prices due to the conflict.

88% of those vaccinated say that the repression of Russian-speakers in the eastern Donbass region does not justify Moscow’s actions in Ukraine. While 26% of the unvaccinated said Russian actions in Ukraine were justified, 27% said they were not justified, and 35% were undecided.

EKOS leader Frank Graves said the results of the poll were “alarming”, suggesting that vaccine deniers were “much more sympathetic to Russia” and that this showed the corrosive effect of misinformation.

“There is a demonic force that is contributing to polarization and misinformation, and it should not leave, things are getting worse,” he said. Graves as reported by the local daily “Toronto Star”.
