The loyal Chechen leader of the Kremlin, Ramzan Kadyrov, called for the expansion of the Russian military offensive in Ukraine.
“The time has come for concrete decisions and a massive operation from all directions in Ukraine,” Kadyrov said on his Telegram profile.
“I myself have developed effective tactics and strategies against terrorists. In my view, the maneuvers you are using in Ukraine are slow – they are taking too long and not being effective. A complete coordination of the actions of the army and the competent forces lined up next to it is needed and a determined attack! “There is no need for anything else,” he wrote.
Kadyrov has been accused by various international and independent observers of human rights abuses in his territory and beyond.
He leads a significant paramilitary force, which, although considered to be part of Russia’s security structures, blindly obeys him.
Various reports in the foreign media show that Kadyrov has made almost 10 thousand shells to send to the aid of the Russian army in Ukraine, which sounds somewhat ironic today given the former conflicts between Chechnya and the Russian Federation, which passed and in military clash.
