The protest called by MP Sali Berisha on Monday at 16:00 does not create any obstacles or cancellation of Open Balkan, this time planned to be held in Tirana.
However, government sources told Top Channel reporter Muhamed Veliu that the final agenda for the arrival of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Northern Macedonian Prime Minister Zoran Zaev has not yet been completed.
This agenda will be adjusted so that there are no incidents with the protesters that will be led by Sali Berisha.
Unlike previous meetings, the leaders of the three countries will not take a walk in the city as has happened in previous meetings in Belgrade, Skopje and Tirana.
This for security reasons.
At 9 a.m. on Tuesday, December 21, he will find Prime Minister Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia Zoran Zaev and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic sitting at a table in the Palace of Brigades.
Top Channel journalist Muhamed Veliu reports that in this next Open Balkan meeting, five agreements will be discussed and approved.

1-A common and free labor market between Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia.
2-Establishment of a joint electronic interconnection scheme for citizens in the Western Balkans.
3-Intergovernmental agreement between Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia on cooperation in the field of veterinary, food safety and phytosanitary in the Western Balkans.

5-Albania-Maaedono North Agreement on mutual recognition of the economic operator for security (AEOS).
It is also planned to hold a Regional Forum for Agriculture and Regional Cooperation.
