Nearly 150 farmers from Gjirokastra, Saranda, Delvina, Dropulli are organizing a protest to demand the increase of sheep and goat milk.
According to farmers, the products are staying at the same price levels as 5-6 years ago.
They talk about big losses due to rising prices of products in function of livestock, corn, grass, oil, medicines, etc.
They are petitioning the Ministry of Agriculture to ask for the regulation of the milk market while they have warned that they will not take milk to the factory if no measures are taken.
