The following citizens were prosecuted:

Following the actions, criminal proceedings were instituted for the criminal offenses “Organizing and participating in illegal gatherings and demonstrations”, “Breaking public order”, “Obstructing the circulation of vehicles”, “Destruction of property”, “Production, possession , illegal purchase or sale of cold steel ”and“ Violation of explosives, incendiary and radioactive substances ”, citizens: RF, 33 years old; JR, 31 years old; DK, 43 years old; AB, 49 years old; EH, 38 years old; IE, 37 years old; A. The investigative structures of the Local Police Directorate of Tirana, under the direction of the Prosecution, continue the work to identify and apprehend other persons involved in illegal acts during the protest of January 8, 2022.
