Russian President Vladimir Putin said today that Moscow’s military operation in Ukraine would achieve “objectives”.
During an awards ceremony at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Russia, the Kremlin leader, according to Russian news agencies, said Moscow had no choice but to launch a military operation to protect Russia.
He stressed that there was no doubt that the Kremlin military operation in Ukraine would achieve its objectives, adding that a clash with Ukrainian anti-Russian forces was inevitable.
As the war in Ukraine enters its 49th day, Putin claims that Russian forces are operating “boldly and efficiently” with state-of-the-art weapons.
The Russian leader added that his country could not be isolated.
