The Mariupol city council has estimated that the reconstruction of the city’s infrastructure could reach a value of 10 billion dollars, after several weeks of intensive shelling by Russia.
This estimate is preliminary as the war with Russia continues and there may be further explosions and the value of infrastructure adjustment may reach higher figures.
In the picture below you can see how many state institutions, schools, hospitals and residential buildings have been destroyed where many people have been left without electricity while humanitarian convoys struggle to reach the city.
“Every crime, murder and act of destruction committed by the aggressor must be registered and passed to the International Court of Justice.” said Mayor Vadym Boichenko.
