The Police Services, based on the suspicions created on the report of a citizen, for her falling from the balcony of the apartment, have continued in-depth investigative actions, under the direction of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Tirana, to enable the clarification of the circumstances of the event.
As a result of work and professional actions, from the services of the Police Commissariat no. 5 it became possible to clarify the event that occurred on 11.03.2022, for which initially, the citizen VH reported that she accidentally fell from the third floor of the building where she lives.
At the end of the investigative actions, the specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 5 made the detention on the initiative of the citizen:
– DI, 62 years old, for the criminal offense “Murder due to family relations” remained attempted.
This citizen is suspected that on 11.03.2022, he exercised physical and psychological violence against his cohabitant and then threw her from the balcony of the third floor.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for further procedural actions.
