Vitalii Kim, head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, said three people had been killed in the bombings and six had been injured, with a total shortage of energy, water and gas as a result of the attack.
He added that “about 11 rockets” were fired at Mykolvaiv, a city also in the south, overnight.
Vitalii Kim said some of the missiles had been dropped by the air defense, but gave no further details.
Mykolaiv has faced a barrage of attacks since the start of the war in February.
Last week, the mayor of the attacked port city called for “all those who want to survive” to leave.
